Harvest Field – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Harvest Field (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s consent to use the App.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Upload or share harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Harvest Field and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvest Field and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms in the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
