We take care of the digging, tracking down lost or forgotten funds and getting them back to where they belong. Its simple, secure and handled with heart. No overwhelm, no getting tangled in red tape- just clear process and real support every step of the way.

OUR SIMPLE 3-STEP PROCESS
You provide 100 points of ID. So we can verify and begin your claim. We'll also help you sign an authority to release form, guiding you through filling in any essential details, to keep things moving along smoothly.
We liaise directly with holding authorities. In recovering your funds, retrieving all necessary information and ensuring your claim is processed correctly.
You receive your refund. Once the funds are released, we typically disburse the refunded monies to your nominated bank account, typically within 6 to 8 weeks upon receiving all necessary claim documentation. A 17.5% service fee is only applied upon successful recovery of your lost funds to cover the time, administration and follow up work involved in claiming your refund.
