Besides the price for the goods, fees (domestic shipping, bank transfer fees) and shipping supplies are added to the converted price which is why sometimes the price ends up being a 1:1 conversion!
Depending on the size of the order and the amount that has to be transferred, the overall cost fees for domestic shipping reach from 3 USD to 10 USD while the bank transfer & PayPal fees can be anywhere between 5 - 80+ USD.
All goods have an individual production time, slogans tend to arrive sooner than other goods! As for photobooks or season greetings, fansites usually give an estimated shipping time which is also stated in the order form. Please also make sure to not spam my inbox with questions about when you will receive your order as I am regularly updating my masterlist as well as my update hashtag on Twitter #HAUpdates.

No, this is not possible unless there is someone who does not pay for their goods on time. In that case those goods will usually appear in the next stock/spot sale. Please make sure to double check the deadline on the tweet as well as in the form before you order. Just because the form is still opened, doesnt mean that you can still order!
I accept payments through PayPal and European bank transfer. (SEPA) Please make sure that your payment is in Euro or has the correct currency convertion.
Unless you have a good reason or explanation why you would like to pay through G&S, I only accept payments through Friends & Family as stated in every form. If you do pay through Goods & Services, please be aware that you have to add a fee of 4,3% of the total price to your payment, otherwise your order might be refunded and cancelled.

Yes, to make things easier please always add a note to your payments, each order form has a certain note that makes it easy for me to match the payment with a certain order. Please also make sure to add a note to your 2nd payment.
If the order has not arrived after 1 1/2 months, it usually is considered as lost. Please send me a message and fill out the missing goods form so that I have an overview for a possible refund of shipping costs.
Yes, if you do not mind waiting a bit longer for goods, I can keep your goods for up to 1 month to combine them with other orders. Once your orders have arrived at my place, I will inform you about the further shipping process as you can choose between shipping them directly to you from Korea or to a distributor in your country first.
EMS varies and is usually more for heavier items (photobooks or DVD sets). Slogan EMS can be between 3-7€ and EMS for heavier items (albums, photobooks,...) can be anywhere between 8-15€.
It usually takes between 5-10 days for air parcels, EMS parcels take between 3-5 days but might get stuck in customs of the country from the distributor.
Please make sure to check the shipping tab before sending me this question! These shipping fees only apply if there is no distributor for your country and the goods are being shipped from Austria.
Please be aware, that most of the times I do not have the orders with me yet when I send out 2nd payment mails. You can check the arrival tab as well as the shipping progress tab for updates on arrivals. I also send out shipping confirmation mails once I sent out orders.
Economy Shipping varies between countries as each country has different mail services. Therefore I cannot give an estimated time but from experience, orders to neighbour countries of Austria are quicker to arrive than to other countries.
It depends on the weight of the order but usually if you only order 2 or 3 slogans, you wont have to pay more for those. Meaning if you get a 2nd payment mail saying you have to pay 4€ EMS for your order, it includes your whole order of that GO. However for heavier items such as binders or photobooks, this might change as it can increase the total weight of a package.
