The time required to prepared food is not available to busy workers and house wives. So my aim was to design a restaurant app called EatsEase that enables customers to quickly order meals and have it delivered to them.
A UX designer designing an app called EatsEase from conception to delivery.
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
I conducted interviews and produced empathy maps to better understand the users I'm creating for and their needs. Working people who don't have time to prepare meals were one of the main user groups discovered through research. This user group supported the EatsEase restaurant's early hypotheses about its clients, but the study also showed that time was not the only barrier preventing people from cooking at home. Other customer issues included commitments, hobbies, or difficulties that made it challenging to physically visit restaurants or buy groceries for cooking.

In the design of a food delivery app, the "Process and Methodology" involves a user-centered approach to ensure an intuitive and efficient user experience. It typically begins with comprehensive user research to understand customer preferences, pain points, and behaviors related to food ordering. This research informs the creation of user personas and journey maps. Wireframing and prototyping are then employed to visualize the app's structure and interactions, allowing for rapid testing and iteration. Usability testing is conducted at key stages to refine the design based on real user feedback. Throughout the process, design thinking principles are applied, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test and iterative problem-solving to create a seamless and delightful food ordering experience.

Social workers find it very difficult to find like-minded individuals and organizations to help homeless people and the needy.
Therefore my goal is to create a web app for Social workers where they can easily connect with other like-minded individuals and organizations dedicated to helping the homeless.
UX designer leading the app and responsive website design from conception to delivery
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, determining information architecture, and responsive design.
To prepare for usability testing, I created a low-fidelity prototype that connected the user flow.
You can view the prototype through this link
The high-fidelity prototype followed the same user flow as the low-fidelity prototype, including design changes made after the usability study.

Takeaways
Impact
The users share that the app really helped them connect with other social workers to provide the support homeless people need. One user shared that “ the UnityHub app makes it possible for me to my service to people that really needed it”
What I learned
I discovered that despite the dimensions of this problem I was trying to address, carefully following each phase of the design process and focusing on particular user requirements enabled me to come up with solutions that were both workable and beneficial.
