With a "Volunteer's Spirit", the values of the organization and its members shall reflect that of the best intent, with every action aligning with the "Greater Good".  And with this spirit, the best care will be rendered to all of humankind, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, or religion.  During their times of tragedy, disaster, and unbearable stress, our Volunteer Spirit shall shine brightly through the darkness and deliver the message of what this spirit truly is: a message of pure heart, commitment, compassion, and deliverance from all ailments.
