The prices below are provided as a general guide and minimum charges for common domestic plumbing repairs.
Attendance & labour
For pre-arranged appointments and 07:00 to 19:00 call outs
Call-out / attendance (first 30 minutes – minimum charge): £30
Labour thereafter: £20 per additional 30 minutes
Supply and Fit
Where parts are supplied and fitted, an additional £20 labour charge applies
Time spent investigating or diagnosing issues is chargeable. (please refer to terms and conditions)
Common domestic repairs
Dripping tap / minor tap repair (no parts): £30–£50 (time dependent)
Tap replacement (supply & fit): £70 (plus materials)
WC repair (fill or flush valve, supply & fit): £70 (plus materials)
Shower valve replacement (supply & fit): £70 (plus materials)
Leak investigation & minor repair (no parts): £50 (plus materials)
Leak repair (supply & fit parts): £70 (plus materials)
Internal blockages (internal wastes only)
Sink / basin unblocking: £30–£50
Bath / shower unblocking: £30-£550
(External drains, soil pipes, and sewers are not undertaken.)
Radiator valve replacement (supply & fit): £70 (plus materials)
Radiator replacement (like-for-like): £130 (plus materials)
Minor pipework alterations: £30–£70 (time dependent)
Washing machine / dishwasher connection:
£30 (no parts) / £70 (supply & fit, plus materials)
Additional charges (where applicable)
Parking charges (where unavoidable)
Restricted access, delays, or waiting time
Work outside the agreed scope
Additional time required due to the condition of existing systems
Any additional costs will be discussed where reasonably possible before proceeding.

Prices assume normal domestic access, water isolation, and existing installations in reasonable condition.
Older systems or hidden faults may increase time and cost.
Temporary repairs are charged as labour and parts only and are not guaranteed.
