J15 RESIDENTIAL SUMMER CAMP

27th July - 31st July 2026

The Summer Camp is aimed at J15s who wish to push their sculling to the next level. We'll have fun performing a week of quality training with the overall aim to equip rowers with the knowledge and tools they can use to continually progress throughout their J16 year and into J18 level of competition. This camp will run from Monday 27th July until Friday 31st July 2026.

What can you expect?

Rowers will complete sessions on the water in a range of boats. These water sessions will be supported with land-based sessions including video analysis, technical strength and conditioning sessions, and ergo gym work. In addition rowers will receive sessions from specialist staff, including nutrition, lifestyle management, and mobility and core workshops. Rowers will benefit from internationally experienced coaches, one of the best stretches of water in the UK, and world-class training facilities at Hartpury College.

Cost

£500 - This includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, transport and boathouse use. Some lunches will be provided, some will be bought by rowers as part of nutrition education sessions. Exact information will be in camp info pack upon a successful application.
