Discover the unparalleled taste of our micro-batch, organic maple syrup, sourced from old growth sugar maples in the Kensington section of Berlin, Connecticut.
Each drop of maple sap is meticulously tapped and harvested by hand using traditional vintage sap buckets and spiles.Â
After harvesting, the sap is carefully cooked down on a classic cast iron, wood-fired stove and then skillfully finished in our kitchen to achieve its sublime sweetness.
