The Hartford FAQ Bot is built to improve upon current FAQ methods. It will be monitoring what questions are most asked, so we can improve and provide better and more reliant questions to answers in those categories. It will not be shared to any other groups or organizations outside of The Hartford, the application's parent company. We WILL NOT ask you for any Personally Identifiable Information, such as your credit card number, passwords, or payment and financial data.
