Understanding clients needs
Ø Personally meet our clients and understand the organisation and challenges for the position.
Ø Determine the requirements of job specification, salary structure, number of vacancies and other terms and conditions of employment accurately.
Ø Brief clients about the candidate’s availability and right procedure to source for them.
Ø Provide clear information to our clients on issues like recruiting from INDIA, advice immigration procedures etc.
Candidate Search
Ø On receipt of a job order, a consultant is assigned to the portfolio. Based on the individual job requirement, potential candidates from our database, personal contacts, industry referrals, and respondents to our advertisements are short listed.
Ø On receipt of appointment letters, all required documents are processed as soon as possible. The individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates, which include all the statutory documents. Constant co-ordination is also maintained between the client's office and our associates in the respective countries to ensure that the candidates are mobilized in the shortest possible time.
Ø We ensure that both positive and negative decisions are delivered to candidates in a discreet, polite manner, without causing difficulties for either pay involved.
We also assist candidates through this difficult process including: Dealing with counter offers, The Resignation Process, Relocation and personal issues.

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
1. Advertisement expenses related to recruitment are managed by HJC.
2. Bills against the Manpower supplied will be produced to your company name, and the payment must be made after 1 month of selection.
3. HJC charges are...
(a) Service charge 15 Days Gross Salary
(b) Service Tax Exempted.
4. For generating the bill we need a copy of salary structure and appointment letter of related candidate.
5. Payment shall be made by the cheque or draft in the favour of “HARSH JOB CONSULTANT”.
6. HJC work together on the basis of Agreement / work order on company letter pad.
7. After the recruitment of candidate, if he /she leave the organization before 3 Months, HJC will replace equivalent candidate, salary of the new candidate will be as same as that of the previous candidate.
8. For selected candidate, a copy of appointment letter should be given for our record.
