I am Harshit Shivhare and I completed my basic schooling in saraswati vidhya mandir UP Board.  Completed my Bachelor and Masters degree in food technology with Bundelkhand University.

I completed my internship with Parle-G and Reagent beer and wine limited company where I learn some quality test as moisture analysis,Ash,determination of protein,fat,Fibre etc. And water treatment and water's quality test . I also have some production knowledge of beer and machinery. I work in Bakersville group for 6 months in quality department.
