Dr. Harshavardhan Reddy Pinninty

Welcome to my homepage. My name is P. Harshavardhan Reddy. I am currently doing Interdisciplinary and Industrial PhD at Fiber Optics and Photonics Division of CSIR-Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute, Kolkata under Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR). I have graduated from UoH with a IMSc degree in Physics in 2014. I have participated in several scientific research programs and represented India at Lindau Nobel Laureates Meeting in 2012. I have had a brief research experience at Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh, National University of Singapore, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Advanced Centre of Research in High Energy Materials and University of Hyderabad.

I am a natural explorer in life and science. I see mother nature as a teacher who always inspired me, while my parents taught me the fundamentals of life. In school, my education progressed with the help of many mentors, but it was learning the fundamentals of science after entering university which really formed the basis for my scientific career. I spend my free time on promoting science and selfless service by organizing several activities as the ultimate aim of science is to serve the society.
