Terms and Conditions apply as below for vouchers and Packages:
By booking a golf lesson/voucher/package, you agree to these Terms and conditions as stated below
Missed Appointments / Cancellations (if applicable) -
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or failure to attend an appointment will result in the voucher/package/session being forfeited.Â
Full payment is required upfront. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made more than 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full amount for the session will be charged with no refund.
Validity -
All gift vouchers/packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expired vouchers/packagecannot be redeemed, extended, or reissued.
Non-Transferable -
Gift vouchers/packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the voucher (or the original recipient if unnamed).
Vouchers/packages cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to another person without written approval from the Provider.
Non-Refundable -
All gift voucher/packages purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds or credit will be issued for unused balances or vouchers/packages not redeemed before expiry.
Redemption -
Vouchers/packages must be presented at the time of booking or purchase.
Vouchers/packages may only be redeemed for the goods or services specified.
Bookings are subject to availability.
General -
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Use of the voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
