Exchanges & Returns Policy:
If a client requests cancellation of a custom artwork project, 50% of fees shall be forfeit if cancelled within 2 days before work starts. A partial to full refund may be provided if there is more than 2 days’ notice.
No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist / Marubatsu Comics and except for circumstances as detailed in section c.
If the Artist cannot complete work or there are delays for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, the Artist will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work completed.
Upon completion and delivery, all custom artwork projects are made-to-order and non-refundable / non-returnable.
Delivery times: Custom artwork project commissions will be processed within 3-5 business days. Products should be received within 14 days and are available as soon as you place your order.
Custom artwork project completion requires 2 days minimum, and may take up to 6 months depending on each project.
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using email, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools, in JPEG or PNG formats as applicable. Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download for 2 weeks.
If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
Clients must first agree to delays and amendments to timeline exceeding 3 months through standard communication channels.
Clients have the right to request refunds 2 months after agreed deadlines according to III (above), if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.
Accepted payment methods: Paypal / Stripe / Bank Transfers
Payment period: Paypal / Stripe are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the date of order.
Price: As disclosed on the "Page & Commission Rates" webpage, or by negotiated agreement.
