Excused Practices

Excused Absences

The following are the only four ways to be excused from practice:

1. Athlete is OUT OF SCHOOL for the entire day due to illness. If you happen to leave within the school day, you need to contact Coach Cimino directly via Remind or Email.

2. Athlete is celebrating a religious holiday. Notification by email is required for a holiday that is not observed (day off) by the school district.

3. Athlete has a Doctor/Dentist Appointment which cannot be rescheduled at another time. Please bring a doctor note to the following practice.

4. Athlete has a SCHOOL-RELATED function which occurs less than FOUR times PER YEAR.

For clarification: This is reserved for a field-trip, orchestra concert, etc, NOT regularly scheduled meetings/clubs unless approved by Coach Cimino.
