Dr. Christinat is an animal lover, pet owner, and Veterinarian with 25 years of extensive experience. Dr. Christinat graduated Kansas State University in 1999 and worked in emergency medicine for 22 years. Dr. Christinat is married to Chelsea Christinat and has a combined family with 5 children and 5 fur babies. If Dr. Christinat is not at work, you will often find him enjoying a round of golf with his wife or traveling to football games.

Introducing Urgent Care Exams! We are excited to announce the launch of our new Urgent Care Exams. These exams are designed to provide immediate attention to pets facing sudden health issues that require prompt care but are not life-threatening emergencies. Dr. C and the staff are ready to handle a variety of urgent situations, ensuring your pet receives the care they need when they need it most.
We are open from 7:30 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. If your pet needs urgent care, please call us at (316) 686-8516 to schedule an appointment.

Difficulty Breathing: If your pet is struggling to breathe, seek immediate attention.
Severe Injury: Deep wounds, fractures, or trauma require prompt care.
Ingestion of Toxic Substances: Quick intervention can be crucial.
Sudden Behavioral Changes: Lethargy, disorientation, or extreme restlessness may signal an underlying issue.
