To help the LCA Planning team prepare for the upcoming convention, please complete one form for each reserved room on behalf of all occupants staying in your room. The form contains your contact information, room needs, arrival date, translation needs, and meal plan.
Meal Plan: An optional meal plan is available at the Radisson Hotel for breakfast and lunch. Tickets will be for sale on the day of the meal. We recognize that your plans may change as you fellowship; however, indicating your intent to participate will help us provide the best experience possible. If you choose not to participate, there are several restaurants within a short driving distance.
Breakfast: Adult $10 Child $8 (ages 4 -10; under 4 are free)
Lunch: Adult $13 Child $11 (ages 4 -10; under 4 are free)

Part 2: Hotel Reservation & Payment
To finalize your registration, click the link to the Radisson Hotel. Here you will be asked to reserve your room and enter your credit card information to process your request. The first night will be charged to your credit card. It is a refundable deposit for cancellation prior to June 20th, 2017.
