Special Event Rentals
HCA provides an active and fun environment for your special event. We offer two separate rental areas, with each space providing approximately 4800 sq ft.
Building A has a 42’ x 54’ springboard floor, a 40’ tumble track, and a 20’ x 30’ party room. The party room is set up with 2 long rectangular tables, 1 card table, and 20 chairs. A flat screen TV with a DVD player is available. All mats and gym equipment in Building A are available to use during party rentals. HCA also sets up age appropriate equipment for rentals. (For example: for toddler parties, items such as the hopscotch mat and parachute are placed out to use.)

Building B is a 50’ x 80’ open facility. Activities such as basketball, soccer, baseball, wiffle ball, dodge ball, and kickball are available. 2 soccer balls, 2 basketballs, 12 dodgeballs, bases, a kickball, and wiffle ball set are all provided for guests. The basketball goals are adjustable, ranging in height from 8 to 10 feet.

NERF Parties are also available in Building B. HCA provides 10 red bandanas, 10 blue bandanas, and 20 safety glasses for guests to borrow. Barriers are also placed throughout the area to provide strategic hiding places for teams as they battle it out in their NERF war. (We suggest that you ask your guests to place their child’s initials on all NERF ammunition, to ensure they get back home with their own NERF supplies.)

(*Each child over the initial 25, will be charged $5 per person.)
*Families will be allowed to enter the facility 20 minutes prior to their party time, in order to set up their cake and any décor.
You may bring in your own food, drinks, and/or paper products, as long as these items remain in the designated table areas in each building.
