If she’s not at work, she’s probably hanging out with her husband Drew and their four kids, doing yoga, exploring Richmond, reading a good book, or watercoloring.

Getting the courage to say what you need to say can be one of the biggest ways to build momentum in your life and your business.
Being over burdened with too many priorities or pressures get's in the way of being able to do anything at a high level long term. You have to identify the unnecessary.
Learning to question your thoughts will have a huge impact on being able to live a life by design that you enjoy. Where do you have limiting beliefs or blindspots?
Work WITH human nature not against it. It's so much easier to paddle downstream than against it so follow your natural gifts and leverage them for momentum instead of being something you're not.
There is no perfect way so forget about it. Don't get so busy making a plan or thinking it over that you never start. Pick a direction and hit the gas. You can always change course - it's your life.
