Resources
Research and data
This collection of resources compiled by the Sustainability Community of Practice is intended to provide access to information to promote discussion about our food choices and their impact on our own health and the health of our planet. If they may appear to be one sided, that would be correct; they are primarily resources that provide support for a whole-food plant-based diet. These resources provide strong evidence for a whole-food plant-based diet that supports personal and planetary health.
That being stated, these references are not designed to provide advice; we do not have credentials as a health care providers or nutritionists to provide you with advice. Instead, these are books, articles, and videos for you to read, watch, and reflect upon the contents. Then we encourage you to explore more in depth, to check the references, to challenge the claims made, to do your own investigations and then ultimately make your own informed choices (perhaps in consultation with a professional).
