through neural network analysis. Contributed to the analysis: I analyzed the impact of double taxation treaties on tax revenue mobilization. In the context of the debate initiated by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, this study aims to establish whether certain double taxation treaties threaten government tax revenues.
