- If you are interested in placing an order an order form must be completed as well as policies need to be read and agreed upon at time of order by initialing.
- When booking cookies for an event payment is due two weeks prior to event. I can invoice you at time of order or you can pay via venmo, I WILL NOT be able to remind you each time to make your payment, so if no contact is made and no payment is received , order will be dropped.
- The name , details, anything regarding custom cookies that is filled out in order form is what will be going on your cookies. If name, a date, any information on the form is incorrect , and you need me to remake cookies because you put down incorrect information, you will be charged a fee to remake plus the original price of the cookies IF I have time in my schedule to remake them, please carefully check that all your information is correct.
- Once your cookies leave my location you are accepting them as is. Remember cookies can be fragile, can fade or bleed if not stored in a cool (not cold), dark place. I am not responsible for cookies if they are broken or damaged after you leave my location, you can always check them before you leave to make sure. Once you leave you are accepting that you are happy with them.
- When your pickup time is scheduled, your cookies go out to my cookie stand, if you do not pick them up at your scheduled time or contact me with any information regarding not being able to make that time slot, cookies will stay out on cookie stand. I am busy and can not be responsible for everyone’s orders that forget about them, I have to move on with orders.
