World's ideal rule according to us

For us world is at the moment in utter chaos. 

We would like to change that. And we would do it by reogranizing world's ruling people.

We are advocating sector-based democracy: scientists vote for science questions, doctors for medical, and so on.

For civil(decison that are everyone' concern) decisions all people should vote for best decison out of possible.

First round is win by 65% majority for regular decision and 75% for more important ones.

If there criteria is not met in first round in second round go any option with more than 20% votes , if there is more than 20% difference between highest and second highest voted option second round is final with it's winner if notthen third round.

In third and every next round if needed difference required for end is cacluated by this formula 1.5*(difference from previous round). which means for third round it would be (20%(0.2)*1.5=30)30% difference required, 45% for fourth and so on.
