ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER with an approximate 2-3 week turnaround time!

Cancellations: 

Cancellations are accepted before the product is processed and a full refund will be given. To cancel an order, please email us at harmoniecreationz@gmail.com.

Processing/Shipping:

Tumblers: Once items are ordered it takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete and 2-3 days to ship. Processing times can change depending on the time of year. This information will be shared with the customer if this should occur via email along with an approximate delivery date.

T-Shirts: A draft will be emailed for approval. Once approved it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete and ship. This may vary for larger orders.

* Glitter and paint color may slightly vary from order to order due to the supply and demand of particular colors. All tumblers used are double-insulated stainless steel and will keep your drink warm or cold for hours!

 All tumblers are made with non-toxic and environmentally free-products.

These items are all handmade so no two cups are identical. Please note that due to being handmade, slight imperfections are a possibility.
