HarmoWave ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the HarmoWave mobile application ("the App"). We believe privacy is a fundamental right, and we have designed HarmoWave from the ground up with that principle in mind.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect
HarmoWave is built on a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share:

• Your photos, videos, or any media files

• Any data or metadata derived from your photos

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers

• Your device's location data

• Your usage behavior or in-app activity

• Any analytics or diagnostic data tied to your identity

We do not require you to create an account. There are no servers receiving your data. There is no data to sell, share, or breach.

2. Information Processed Locally
To provide its core features, HarmoWave requires access to your photo library. This access is used exclusively to:

• Analyze photo similarity using perceptual hashing (pHash) algorithms

• Evaluate photo quality and generate library health scores

• Identify duplicates, blurry images, and large files

• Organize photos by timeline and media type

All of the above processing occurs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. No data leaves your device at any point during this process.

3. Permissions Requested
HarmoWave requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its features:

Photo Library Access
Required to scan, analyze, and display your photos within the App. You may grant limited or full access via iOS system settings. The App functions with limited access, though some features may be restricted.

No other permissions are requested. HarmoWave does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or any other device sensors or data.

4. Third-Party Services
HarmoWave does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or tracking tools. We do not use:

• Google Analytics

• Firebase

• Facebook SDK

• Any advertising or attribution platforms

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain technical information in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy, which is independent of this policy and outside our control.

5. Children's Privacy
HarmoWave does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at snapsortai@outlook.com and we will take appropriate action.

6. Data Security
Because all data processing occurs locally on your device, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including iOS encryption and your device passcode or biometric authentication. We do not maintain any external databases or servers that could be subject to a data breach.

7. Data Retention
HarmoWave does not retain any user data. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing to retain, delete, or export on our end. All App data, including preferences and settings, is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Your Rights
