This is a VR journey where participants will learn the importance of natural restoration and conservation through abstract, immersive exploration and interaction with elemental orbs.

We aim to create a visually striking and emotionally powerful VR experience that fully immerses players in a world where they actively participate in restoring environmental balance. This experience is designed to leave a lasting impression, encouraging users to reflect on sustainability issues in the real world.
By allowing users to witness firsthand the devastating consequences of environmental imbalance, we emphasize the importance of ecosystem harmony. The game provides non-linear exploration and multiple ways to restore balance, giving players the freedom to shape their own journey.
Through high-quality sound design, real-time environmental transformations, and dynamic visual effects, we aim to deepen immersion and evoke emotions such as awe, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility.
To measure the impact of this experience, we will conduct post-experience surveys to assess shifts in players’ awareness and perceptions of sustainability and environmental issues.

Participants begin their journey in a desolate, fractured world that evokes a sense of mystery, curiosity, and urgency. As they explore and restore the balance of the elements, they witness stunning environmental changes that enhance a sense of wonder and accomplishment. The experience fosters a deep emotional connection to nature, evoking a sense of awe, curiosity, and responsibility for ecological harmony.
The core mechanic of our experience is orb-based environmental restoration combined with narrative exploration. Users navigate four elemental worlds (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind) using VR movement and interact with key locations by collecting and placing elemental orbs into altars. Each orb activates a transformation sequence in the environment, visually showing recovery from ecological damage.
our inital sessions included brainstorming and coming up with various ideas, finding a common ground and a specific transformative experience we want to focus on.
We used sticky notes as a way for everyone to contribute towards the ideation, picking what ideas we like and prefer and then merging or discarding them based on team voting and needs.
We used Mood boarding as a way to decide upon an aesthetic for our VR world. This helped us to get a general aesthetic direction. Rest was dependant on the type of assets we acquire.
