Submission

Please send your papers directly to yuanchao.li at ed.ac.uk with the title “[HRAI 2025] Paper Submission.” Anonymity is not required.

Guideline

・Paper format: We accept both short papers (maximum 4 pages) and long papers (maximum 8 pages). Position papers (without rigid experimental results) are welcome.

・Presentation: Accepted papers must be presented in-person by one of the authors. 

・Publication: Accepted papers will be indexed in the adjunct proceeding of ICMI 2025.

・Best paper award: We will select the best paper among the accepted papers.

Important Dates

・Workshop paper submission: July 8 July 25, 2025

・Camera ready submission: August 1, 2025

・Notification: July 25, 2025
