Ashwagandha (sania somnifera)

It regulates intestinal transit, calms inflammation of the intestinal tract, counteracts bloating, but also fatigue that occurs after mass or chronic constipation. A 500-600 mg Triphala dose taken 20 minutes before each meal will solve any gastric problems. The results will be seen in 4-6 weeks of treatment.
