I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Rochester under the supervision of Alex Iosevich. 

My research is in developing and using tools in fractal geometry and harmonic analysis that can be applied to data science, machine learning, and computational learning theory.

Prior to doing my Ph.D. I earned a M.S. in mathematics at NYU, an LL.M. in Chinese Law at Tsinghua University, a J.D. at NYU, and a B.S. in computer science (with a minor in applied mathematics) at Cornell University. In addition, I've worked in software, microfinance, law, and data science.
