I am a Robert Riley Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Binghamton University, working with Emmett Wyman. 

My research is in harmonic analysis and fractal geometry, with a particular focus on Fourier-analytic methods and their connections to geometry, data science, machine learning, and computational learning theory.

Prior to this, I earned a Ph.D. at the University of Rochester, an M.S. in Mathematics at NYU, an LL.M. in Chinese Law at Tsinghua University, a J.D. at NYU, and a B.S. in Computer Science (with a minor in Applied Mathematics) at Cornell University. In addition, I've worked in software, microfinance, law, and data science.
