Welcome to Hari Om Furniture & Electronics.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hari Om Furniture & Electronics mobile application ("Hari Om Furniture & Electronics", "the App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Hari Om Furniture & Electronics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

Access to Hari Om Furniture & Electronics requires authentication through Google Authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information associated with your account

• Maintaining the security of your device and active sessions

• Preventing unauthorized access to your account

• Using the application only for lawful purposes

You must not attempt to access another person's account or impersonate another user.

2. User Roles

Hari Om Furniture & Electronics may provide different functionality depending on your assigned account role.

Customers

Customer accounts are intended for normal shopping and product-browsing purposes.

Administrators

Administrative functionality is restricted to users who have been authorized by the application operator or store management.

Users must not attempt to:

• Obtain unauthorized administrative privileges

• Bypass role restrictions

• Manipulate authorization mechanisms

• Access data or administrative functionality without permission

Unauthorized attempts may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Product Information

Hari Om Furniture & Electronics may display information about products, including furniture, electronics, or other items.

Product information may include:

• Names

• Descriptions

• Images

• Videos

• Prices

• Availability

• Promotional information

Although we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, product information may change without notice.

Unless Hari Om Furniture & Electronics explicitly states otherwise, browsing or interacting with products through the application does not itself constitute a completed financial transaction or guarantee product availability.

4. Administrative Media Uploads

Authorized administrators may upload images and videos for product listings, promotional banners, and other store-related content.

Administrators are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content:

• Is accurate and appropriate

• Does not violate applicable laws

• Does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights

• Does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material

• Does not contain malicious code or other harmful content

Hari Om Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law

• Attempt to bypass authentication or authorization mechanisms

• Interfere with Firebase, Supabase, database, storage, or application security mechanisms

• Attempt to access data or resources that you are not authorized to access

• Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or other automated systems to access or collect application data without permission

• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content

• Abuse notification or communication functionality

• Use the application for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the application's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Hari Om Furniture & Electronics application, including its software, design, branding, interface elements, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the application operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from Hari Om Furniture & Electronics' proprietary content without appropriate authorization.

Product names, logos, images, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of Hari Om Furniture & Electronics at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always operate without errors

• Server data and local application data will always remain synchronized

• Notifications will always be delivered successfully

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hari Om Furniture & Electronics is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

We also do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of product information at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hari Om Furniture & Electronics and its developers, operators, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.

This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, inaccurate information, unavailable products, lost data, or third-party service failures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Hari Om Furniture & Electronics where reasonably necessary, including when a user:

• Attempts unauthorized access

• Abuses application functionality

• Uses the application for unlawful purposes

• Compromises the security or integrity of the application
