I reserve the right to decline payment for any reason. (for USD as well as Art/Lit)
Failure to complete payment on time, or myself needing to poke you about payment, will result in myself skipping over future offers you make.
Unless otherwise stated, most of the time I'm more inclined to take art/lit over $/€.

All art/lit must be completed within 4 weeks for amounts under 40JP/4 ARs, and 8 weeks for any amounts under 80 JP/8 ARs. If you think you'll need more time you can request more time in advance, or if life events come up please let me know, but I do not want to hold a geno/slot indefinitely.
I will check up with you after a month if I hear nothing/see no progress from you. If you fail to show any progress by the deadline of the art/lit payment, I reserve the right to cancel our deal. If a deal drags out a month past a given due date (this includes extended due dates), I am entitled to cancel the deal altogether regardless of progress on your end.
I only allow 1 extension on a deal's due date, up to 1 month past the initial deal so long as you ask me before the original due date arrives.
If the shading or background looks too minimal to count for JP I will request edits unless those elements are not meant to be counted for JP.
Most of my critters are gay/trans/queer. If you do not want to draw them/write about them please do not request art/lit payments period. This is not up for debate. I'm trans and queer.
Please tag me when you post the art/lit as well as comment back to the original comment chain where the deal was made when you're done with everything!

I ask that my critters stay in character according to the information I give you. Established lore/solid personalities must be followed.
If the critter does not have solid personalities/backgrounds, or you want to write about them during a different stage in their life, feel free to take some liberties while writing about them. I tend to start each of my little guys off with a vague idea for their personalities/habits/lore that will be included on their tracker.
If offering literature I will probably ask for ARs over JP.

Sheets/headshots are fine for JP.
Tagging on my kodai to ARs, Quests, and Monthlies for a JP payment is fine by me. I don't require any art/lit made for JP to be dedicated to only my babs, or the same ARPG!

I include the quantity of activity rolls alongside the geno/import/slot for sale. If you have activities you'd rather do or avoid, please tell me when offering!
If there is a kodai of mine you do not want to draw, please tell me when offering! Most of them are rather simple but I know Milo's tabby might give people some issues.
I do not require just my critters for rolls, please feel free to add your own or others if you owe other people ARs/JP/ect.

I use paypal for payments. For larger payments, I'll send invoices via paypal.
Payments are listed as USD.
Payments under $60 must be made up front within 48 hours of myself confirming your purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Payments over $60 must put $60 down, and the rest paid in full within 2 weeks.

Yin is typically only taken for genos/slots valued at $15 or lower, unless specified for a geno/slot.
Yin can be offered alongside art/lit/USD though, I don't mind mixed payment at this time. I take Yin at 1000 Yin to 5 JP.
I'll also take Spirit Items in exchange as well (Spirit shards/flames/foxes) 1 Shards to 1 JP

I am no longer looking for Kukuri things, but I have a full list of Kodai things I'm looking for here. I'm looking for everything from genos to familiars to miscellaneous items.
