Desi and his guys are a great team. They are thorough, fast, honest, and easy to work with. They answered my questions without BS or upselling. Our floor were in Terrible shape. Yet they were able to make it amazing. They helped seal my baseboards and reattached them to the wall. They finished 1/2 our house last year. The floor is still in great condition and this year they finished our other half with the same quality. Our friends are complementing our floor as they come visit us. We added before and after pics of their work. 

I hired Desederio over the phone to refinish all the floors for a new home purchase. I was out of state at the time but wanted to get the work done before we moved in. Desederio was very responsive and communicative. He took the old wood floors (that had been stained a dark grey?!?) and got them looking like brand new oak floors. He even noted a section of floor that was mismatched and replaced it for a small up charge. All in all, great guy, stellar work and reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!! 

Desi refinished our floors about 2 years ago. The floors still look amazing. I was most impressed with his attention to detail. The photo on the left shows a board placed over an old heating vent. Desi was able to match and conceal that area really nicely.

His prices are unbeatable, I’ve called around for estimates and he was really affordable.

They repaired all the dark stains and the huge hole where an old floor register used to be, and you can't even see the repair. My floors look even better than I could have hoped for. Hernandez and team brought our 50 year old hardwood floors back to life.

Our floors were covered with carpet and stick on vinyl. So, water damage and dark spots were expected.

Hernandez gave great advice to cause least possible wastage.

I found him by accident(?)while I was waiting for other 2 floor guys to respond; one was too expensive & the other was never showed up. They both were very irresponsible that I found them through Angi’s. For some instinct I had good feeling of Mr Hernandez

Mr Hernandez did a great job with the floors, it came out great. He also offered to paint our walls before doing the floors. Painting was a challenge because of the condition of the walls so there was a lot of rework. He didn't complain and got everything done. He's a hardworker and is affordable. I would recommend. 

Don't make a mistake by calling another company. These fine Gentlemen were very modest, professional, friendly, organized and showed up ready to work. Hard working and excellent at their jobs. They did my entire 3 bdrm 2 bath home in the Bay Area. The price was very fair and I look forward to recommending them as they turned my home into a beautiful palace. Desiderio made my floors (don't know how many decades old) look brand new and changed the tone to my liking also. He filled a couple gaps I had from other construction and made them look original. He fixed squeaks that were pestering us for years. He matched my baseboard and installed the new base beautifully. All the while, he was on time, respectful of the house, friendly, responsive, and worked swiftly. And the price was extremely fair, even generous maybe! I would recommend him to anyone.
