Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of up to ten women and ten men, including one youth (under age 40), and is led by four officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
Members of the Executive Committee are elected every four years by the Hardin County Democratic Party's precinct captains. Every member of the Hardin County Democratic Party's leadership is an unpaid volunteer.

Hardin County comprises 58 voting precincts. The Hardin County Democratic Party has precinct committees, consisting of 1-3 members, in 28 of those 58 precincts.
