Welcome! I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Alicante. My research in development economics focuses on gender, health, and social norms. I evaluate how religious and cultural institutions shape welfare outcomes, combining analysis of secondary survey data with field-based evidence.
I have previously been a fellow at the World Bank’s Development Research Group and the International Livestock Research Institute. These roles provided experience in survey design, large-scale data collection, and impact evaluation in low-income settings.
I am in the 2025/26 Economics Job Market. Please, find my Job Market Paper here.
