By using Hard75, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy, all applicable laws, and relevant community or institutional guidelines.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Hard75 complies with the rules of any gym, workplace, school, public venue, or shared environment where the app is used.
This includes:
Following photography or device usage rules
Respecting restrictions related to filming or sharing content
Complying with local safety or conduct guidelines
Hard75 is a self-guided challenge tracking app and does not provide medical or professional fitness advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
Assessing their physical and mental fitness before starting a challenge
Consulting a medical professional if needed
Exercising within their personal limits
Hard75 is not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or physical harm resulting from misuse of the app or participation in challenges.
Users must not:
Upload or store photos of others without consent
Share confidential, sensitive, or private information
Use the app to violate privacy, safety, or data protection laws
All progress photos and challenge data should be personal and lawful.
75 Day Hard Challenge – Hard75 does not support or take responsibility for misuse of the app, including actions that violate:
Local laws or regulations
Venue rules
Privacy or safety standards
Users are fully accountable for their actions while using the app.
By using Hard75, you agree to indemnify and hold Appstrome harmless from any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from misuse of the app.
The following terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions purchased in the iOS app:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The following subscription plans are available (pricing may vary by location):
Monthly Subscription: USD $9.99, auto-renewable
Yearly Subscription: USD $39.99, auto-renewable
Users may manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by going to their Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
We may change subscription fees at any time. If pricing changes, users will be notified in advance where required by law. Continued use of the app after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials for a limited period.
If you sign up for a free trial:
You will not be charged until the trial ends
Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription purchase
We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
The app may include in-app purchases or premium features.
In-app purchases are for use within the app only
They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Management of purchases and refunds is handled through the Apple App Store
If an in-app purchase fails due to a technical issue, we will attempt to resolve the issue or guide you through Apple’s refund process.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. All refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies.
Refunds may be considered only if:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase or renewal
There has been an accidental or duplicate charge
A technical issue caused by the app could not be resolved after reasonable effort
Refunds are not provided for unused or inactive subscriptions. Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings to avoid unwanted renewals.
