4Star youth empowerment Team planning to strengthening creative youth activities in Harari Region. By operating its own workshop. In this workshop 4SHCWDA invite skilled youths to transform their skill for others. To address our objectives and to start this program the government support and willingness is crucial. 

  Currently 4SHCWDA arrange the place to establish it's own workshop center and also arrange it's own show room to sell the maintained office furniture ,electronics, and other. 4STAR youth empowerment Team need the government support to get wasted office equipment, electronics and other like motorcycles. The Team arranging skilled youths, and talented creative youths, to maintain the materials by modifying their creativity. The team planning to transform their skill for non skilled youths. If we get the government willingness to get this materials we promise to make a change .and easily we can arrange different creative youths work activities. The team have a plan to develop many skilled youths in this workshop. The workshop have woodwork, metalwork, electronics, electricity and mechanical services .

 Team Structure 

1. Youth empowerment Teams is organized by cooperation with other volunteer co_actors "Sena Development Association" and " Demir women Association " to achieve our objectives the selected teams from each Association develop their own structure and Assign the Director, and vice Director from women Association, And the leaders are one of the Director under 4SHCWDA. Also the team's and the above mentioned non-profit Associations are arranging memorandum of understanding with 4SHCWDA. The Team Directors reported each programs for 4SHCWDA Manager.

   All of 4SHCWDA Directors are working together, supporting each other and discussing each activities to achieve the program goal. 4SHCWDA G.manager organize the team Directors and leading them, exchange experiences with other Non-profit organizations. The 4SHCWDA manager collected each activities report every month from the  Directors.and the collected reports are compiled and documented. And sending quarterly report for the Association head and for other sectors who need our report. 

The G.Objectives of youth empowerment Team (YET)

1. Increasing the initiation of youths creativity, to make them a changing agent. 

2. To increase and motivate creative women's  and making them a model for the community. 

3.To empower female and male entrepreneur youths.and creating job opportunities for youths. 

4.To Eliminating poverty from our country 

5. Motivating female youths to become great leaders and changing agents through the community. 

6. Increasing woman's participation in each activities 

7. To make a model creative maintenance work and the wasted office materials by few amount of money is becoming huge investment capital for youths. 

8. Create job opportunity for more than 75 youths

Monitoring and Evaluation 

4SHCWDA arrange Management team for the project . The team evaluate each activities step by step and reported for the 4SHCWDA general manager and for the Association head. Also puts their input in decision making progress. The detail program of this team is elaborated in the Association memorandum. 

   EXPECTED OUTCOME 

1. At-least 10-15 creative works which can be a solution for communities .

2. More than 75 youths  can get a job opportunity on the first year of the project 

3. The number of creative youths will be increased
