Free Consultation: We'll schedule a no-obligation meet-and-greet at your home. This crucial step is where we get to know your dog, discuss routines, and answer all your questions.
Drafting the Plan: During the consultation, we begin creating your dog's personalized Walk Plan and Risk Assessment—a living document that guides every safe walk we take.
First Walk! Once you're completely happy with the plan, we schedule your first structured, one-to-one walk.

It covers preferred routes, known triggers (e.g., squirrels, loud noises), safe handling instructions, emergency contact details, and a clear risk assessment of potential hazards, ensuring the highest level of safety and consistency.
Q: How do I know my dog is safe and happy? A: Transparency is key to trust. You will receive FREE photo and video updates after every single walk, giving you a real-time, visual look at their adventure and progress. Furthermore, I am a fully insured professional and hold a rolling DBS Certificate.
Q: How do you handle home access and keys? A: We take the security of your home seriously. All client keys are kept secure and unmarked, away from personal identification. This policy will be fully discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation.
