Cancellations & No Shows

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a walk, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible!

• Same day cancellations: may be subject to a cancellation fee

• Last minute cancellations: (less than 2 hours before the scheduled walk): May be charged the full walk rate

• No shows: If I arrive at the scheduled time and your dog is not available, the walk will be considered a no show and the full walk rate will apply

• Weather or emergencies: In cases of emergencies or severe weather, cancellations will be handled with flexibility

Recurring clients are encouraged to communicate changes early so schedules can be adjusted smoothly. My goal is to be fair while also respecting the time reserved for your dog's care.
