Because needing to get documents notarized can feel like such a chore, we try to make your day and get you in and out as fast as possible. We help with passport and Visa applications, trusts, wills, loan signing services and more!
Based in Fremont, we provide mobile notary services in the bay area. We're here to provide you professional and efficient notary services. Primarily available on nights and weekends. Please text Calvin at (510) 556-3919 if you have any specific questions. You can also email OneHappyNotary@gmail.com.
COVID 19 PROTOCOL: We will wear masks and ask that you do the same. If time and weather permitting, I will try to setup a table outside for us to sign the documents.
A commissioned public notary verifies the identify of the person signing the document. These are commonly requested on documents such as: wills, trusts, deeds, refinance applications, and international passport/Visa applications. A notary verifies that the person signing the document is indeed who they say they are. Notaries need to verify the ID and have the signer appear in person.
Online Notaries: Please note that online notaries are currently not allowed in California, so signers must still appear in person. This has been allowed in other states, but California has yet to authorize this type of service. Hopefully this will change soon to create a more efficient process.
Please prepare all of your documents, and don't sign anything just yet. If you want to email me a copy of your ID, I can do some additional prep ahead of time.
When we meet:
I'll double check your ID
You'll sign your documents
I'll stamp and notarize your doc (or possibly give you an additional notarized page to attach to your document)
You'll sign my journal
That's it! Since you've send me a picture of your docs and ID's, I can do all the prep work beforehand and you can be done in no time!
$15 per signature notarized.
Low income? We're here to help. We offer free Notary Services if you can show some type of eligibility (food stamps, tax return under $50k, etc). Please note that libraries and other community centers often have free notary services periodically staffed by volunteers.
