Health Considerations:
Any health conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, must be communicated to us prior to your service. This ensures we can provide the best possible care for your safety.
Personal Items
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during your visit.
Pricing & Services
Our prices are available on the menu. We encourage clients to confirm prices with their nail technicians before receiving services. If you are unsure about the service or treatment you would like, please consult with our salon manager for guidance.
Appointments
Time is a valuable commodity—both yours and ours. When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving time with one of our technicians. We ask that you respect this commitment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it may result in a cancellation fee and a ban from future bookings. We encourage you to arrive on time, and if you’re unable to attend, please contact us promptly.
Appointment Confirmation
To ensure that your appointment is secured, we ask that you confirm your appointment by phone or message the day before your scheduled time. Failure to confirm your appointment will result in automatic cancellation to make the time available for other clients.
Custom Designs & Inspiration Pictures
If you would like to request a custom nail design or any other specific artwork, please send your inspiration pictures to 331-425-2938 prior to your appointment. This will allow us to confirm if the design is feasible and give you an estimated time for completion. This helps us ensure that we can accommodate your desired look and provide the best possible service.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our professionals’ time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules and possibly accommodate clients on our waiting list. We understand emergencies happen, and we will do our best to work with you. However, repeated last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% service charge and a ban on future bookings.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a 80 % service fee and deny you the ability to book future appointments. There will be no exceptions. We encourage you to keep track of your appointments, and if in doubt, feel free to contact us to confirm your booking.
Late Arrivals
While we understand that delays can happen, please be aware that tardiness affects our entire schedule. We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and you may not receive services. We reserve the right to refuse partial or full service in such cases. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate you. For clients who are unable to be flexible with their schedule, we recommend considering walk-in appointments instead of booking in advance.
Walk-Ins
While we encourage clients to schedule appointments, we do welcome walk-ins, subject to availability. If we are busy, please understand that there may be a wait, or you may need to schedule an appointment for a later time.
Service Guarantees & Gratuity
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT THE SALON
• If you are dissatisfied with any service, we will gladly correct it to meet your expectations within 3 days of your original appointment. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.
• Artificial nails (acrylics, dipping powder, gel polish) are guaranteed for 5 business days, excluding breakages. If you experience any lifting or loss within this period, please contact us for a free repair. After 5 days or in the case of breakages, repairs will incur a fee starting at $5.
• Traditional regular nail polish services are not guaranteed. If you need a fix, please contact us within 24-48 hours after your service, and we will schedule a repair at no extra cost within 2 days of your original appointment.
• The redo policy does not cover changes in service or color.
Cell Phones
We understand that you may need to take calls during your visit. We kindly ask that you set your phone to a low volume and refrain from using speakerphone or video calls to ensure the comfort and privacy of all clients.
Children
If you are bringing children with you, we kindly request that you supervise them throughout your visit. This helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all clients.
Promotions
Special offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or third-party gift certificates.
Pets
For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the salon.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
• Anyone with a nail condition that may be contagious
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
• Anyone who appears to be ill and may be contagious, or who may be at risk of harm due to our services
• Anyone arriving more than 10-15 minutes late for their appointment
• Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, including rudeness, disrespect, or a negative attitude toward our staff or other clients
