Policies

• Friday - Tuesday

 Wednesday - Thursday Upon Request a week in advance

• 6:00 AM – 1:30 Pm

• Overnights if scheduled a week ahead

• Check-in is permitted until 2:00 PM only

• Children arriving after 2:00 PM will NOT be accepted

• Tuition is due every Monday

• Late payment fee: $10 per day

• Tuition is required regardless of attendance

• No refunds will be issued for missed days

• Children must be healthy to attend

• Sick children may be sent home for the safety of others

• Parents/guardians must provide written notice of any allergies, medical conditions, or special care needs

• Positive guidance and redirection are used at all times

• Unsafe or aggressive behavior may require parent conferences

• Ongoing behavior concerns may result in termination of care

• Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and supper

• Educational activities and learning materials

• Potty training assistance

• Nap/quiet time (parents are encouraged to provide blankets)

• Laundry service for accidents

• Unsafe or aggressive behavior may require parent conferences

• Ongoing behavior concerns may result in termination of care

• $15 per 30 minutes after closing time

• Repeated late pick-ups may result in termination of services

Happy Hearts Daycare reserves the right to terminate services for:

• Nonpayment of tuition 

•  $10 fee will be added for every late day up to 5 days before denial of service

• Repeated late pick-ups

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior

• Failure to comply with policies
