Our Team's Credentials
You are trusting us with your child. We do not take that lightly. So here is exactly who will be working with them.
Nurirdiyana Idros is a Senior Consultant Paediatric Occupational Therapist, licensed and registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council. She holds international certifications in hippotherapy through the American Hippotherapy Association, with advanced fellowships completed in South Africa, Greece, and the Czech Republic. Hundreds of hours of specialised training beyond her clinical degree.
No one else in Malaysia holds this combination of credentials. We share that not to impress you but because you deserve to know, clearly and without ambiguity, what your child is getting access to.
The People Around Your Child
We know what it feels like to hand your child over to someone new. The quiet worry. The questions you are not sure you are allowed to ask. You are allowed. Ask all of them.
Here is what we want you to know.
Every therapist at Happy Farms is a licensed healthcare professional. Occupational therapists. Physiotherapists. Each one registered with MAHPC. Each one has completed a structured hippotherapy internship under Nurirdiyana's direct supervision before working with any child. They understand paediatric neurology. They understand horse biomechanics. They know how to read what your child is communicating, even when your child does not have the words for it.
Hippotherapy looks gentle from the outside. A child on a horse. A slow walk around an arena. But what is happening inside your child's body and brain during that walk is deeply clinical. The therapist directing the session is making constant decisions. Adjusting the horse's speed. Changing your child's position. Choosing activities that target specific neurological pathways. This is skilled, intentional, medical work.
That is why we will never put anyone in that role who is not fully qualified to be there. Your child deserves that certainty. So do you.
We Keep Learning Because Your Child Keeps Growing
Your child is not the same person they were six months ago. Their therapy should not be either.
Our team maintains ongoing professional development through advanced training, updated hippotherapy coursework, and active involvement in national and international professional communities. Nurirdiyana stays deeply connected to the global hippotherapy network, which means new research findings and evolving techniques reach our arena quickly.
We do this because standing still is not good enough when a child is counting on you to keep getting better.
You have already done the hardest part. You researched. You asked around. You showed up. Now let us show you what the right team can do.
