Welcome to use HappyDong Pro (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). This application is a single-machine app dedicated to the storage and management of office supplies, aiming to provide you with convenient services for recording office supplies information, managing inbound and outbound operations, and conducting data statistics. We are well aware of the importance of privacy protection to you. This Privacy Policy will detail to you the policies and measures of this application regarding the collection, use, storage and protection of your personal information. Please read and understand the contents of this agreement carefully before using this application.
Information Collection and Utilization
Camera Permissions
When you use the operation of taking and uploading photos in the "Add Company Information" and "Record Item Information" functions of this application, we will request to obtain your camera permission. This permission is only used for real-time photo taking to allow you to record information such as company logos and item appearances. The photos taken will only be stored and used locally on your device and will not be uploaded to any remote servers.
Album Permissions
When you perform the operations of "Add Company Information" and "Record Item Information", if you choose to upload photos from the album, we will request to obtain the permission of your album. This permission is used to access the existing image files in your device's album. The selected photos will only be used locally to record relevant information and will not be transmitted externally.
Permission to write to the album
To facilitate your saving of the desired photos to your local album, HappyDong Pro hereby applies for the read and write permissions of the album.
Location Information Permission
To help you record the location of your company and items, when you use the corresponding location recording function, this application will request the permission to obtain your location information. We will obtain your geographical location information (such as longitude and latitude, etc.) through the positioning function of the device. This information is only used to mark the location of the company and items locally and assist you in the management of office item storage. We will not share the positioning information with third parties or use it for other unrelated purposes.
Contact Permissions
When you use the function of "sharing item inbound and outbound data and statistical data with contacts in the form of pictures", we will request access to your contact permissions. This permission is only used to access the contact list on your device, making it convenient for you to select the sharing target. The actual sharing will rely on the device system's sharing mechanism to send pictures as local files to the contacts you have selected. We will never store your contact information nor use it for any other purposes.
IDFA:
HappyDong Pro needs to obtain your IDFA for optimizing the relevance of advertisements. The relevant data is only used for personalized recommendations and strictly adheres to the privacy agreement. Please authorize.
Information Storage and Protection
This application is a stand-alone one. All the information you record (including photos, item data, location information, etc.) will only be stored on your local device and will not be uploaded to the cloud server. We adopt reasonable technical means and security measures to protect the information you store locally, preventing it from being illegally accessed, modified, deleted or leaked. However, due to the risks of the device itself being physically cracked or invaded by viruses, we cannot completely eliminate all potential security issues. It is recommended that you properly store the device and set up necessary device security protections (such as passwords, fingerprint recognition, etc.).
Information Sharing and Transfer
This application will not share or transfer any personal information generated by you during use (including the content captured by the camera, photos selected from the album, location information, contact information, etc.) to any third party. All information will only be used and retained locally on your device.
Your Control over Information
You can adjust the access authorization of this application for permissions such as camera, album, location, and contacts at any time in the application permission Settings of the device. You can also edit, delete and perform other operations on the recorded item information, company information, etc. within this application to control and manage your personal information.
Agreement Update and Notification
We may update this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to application functions, and other factors. When there are substantial changes to the agreement content, we will notify you in a prominent way within the application (such as a pop-up prompt). You can choose to continue using this application, which indicates your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree, you can stop using this application.
