Before confirming any booking, I provide a free in-person Meet & Greet to ensure we’re a great fit — both humans and dogs. My dog, Daisy, is my emotional support animal and a calm, friendly presence. She enjoys gentle play and peaceful walks, so I look for guest dogs who can get along with her and enjoy a relaxed, happy environment.

The Meet & Greet

• Takes place at my home if your dog will be staying here (so you can see the space) or at a neutral location

• Gives us time to review your dog’s needs, routine, and preferences

• Ensures compatibility between your dog, Daisy, and myself

What’s Included in $60/night:

• Comfortable, safe home environment with plenty of love & attention

• Regular walks (we walk multiple hours a day if weather permits)

• Mental stimulation through games, enrichment toys, and “sniff walks”

• Outdoor playtime and hiking trips when possible

• Excessive cuddles and affection — because love is part of the care package

• Daily photo/video updates — as many as you’d like

• Free bath if your dog gets dirty during their stay

• Consistent feeding, potty, and walk schedule to match their routine

• Light leash training during walks (to encourage polite walking habits)

• Dogs welcome on furniture unless you request otherwise

• Space for crate setup if needed

Safety Protocols:

• I never leave dogs unattended outdoors and always use leashes during walks

• Gates and barriers are used to separate dogs if needed for rest or safety

• All dogs are fed separately to prevent food guarding or scuffles

• Walks are timed to avoid high-traffic periods if your dog is shy or nervous

• Doors and gates are always checked and secured before and after entry

Important Notes:

• I accept up to two dogs at a time for individual attention and comfort

• Dogs must be comfortable encountering other dogs and people during walks

• I cannot take dogs who bark excessively (this could risk my housing situation)

• Extra $50 cleaning fee for dogs who make excessive messes (beyond normal accidents)

• All dogs must be non-aggressive and up to date on vaccinations

For pets who are happiest in their own home and owners who want peace of mind while they’re away.

Some pets feel most secure in familiar surroundings — and I’m happy to accommodate that. My House Sitting service allows your pets to stay in their own environment while still receiving the same love, attention, and structure they’d get with me at my home. I adapt easily to each household’s routines and lifestyle, making sure pets stay comfortable and stress-free while you’re away.

What’s Included in $60/night:

• All pet care services included in my Dog Sitting package — feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, mental stimulation, cuddles, and daily updates

• Overnight companionship for pets who prefer not to be alone at night

• Plants and gardens watered and tended to

• Mail collected and placed in a safe, visible spot (with photo confirmation)

• Basic home upkeep, including dishes, tidying, and vacuuming as needed

• Bedsheets washed and home left cleaner than I found it

About Daisy:

• I typically bring my dog, Daisy, with me during house sitting

• Daisy is calm, respectful of cats, and avoids conflict — she’ll happily keep her distance if needed

• If you prefer no other dogs in your home, I can make alternate arrangements for Daisy during your booking

Safety & Respect:

• I only use the spaces in your home that are necessary for your pets’ care and my stay

• Privacy is respected — I don’t enter unnecessary areas of the home

• Gates, doors, and fences are checked and secured at all times

• Pets are fed separately if more than one animal is in the home

• Rate covers one overnight stay (evening through morning); extended daytime care can be added for an additional fee if needed

Standard Walks

• 30 minutes: $30 (or $20 in Greene County)

• 60 minutes: $50

Perfect for dogs who need regular exercise, a potty break, or just a little extra attention during the day. I focus on keeping walks engaging and purposeful — making sure your dog gets fresh air, exercise, and bathroom breaks. I always clean up after them and make sure they return home happy and settled.

What’s Included:

• 30 or 60 minutes of walking at a comfortable pace for your dog

• Bathroom breaks (I aim for both #1 and #2) with cleanup included

• Light leash training to encourage safe, polite walking

• Text updates with photos and details about the walk

• AKC-certified training expertise included in every walk

• Flexible scheduling — available for weekly or regular bookings starting September 1!

30 minutes: $30 (or $20 in Greene County)

Perfect for pets who don’t need walks but still need care, companionship, and a watchful eye while you’re away. These visits are ideal for cats, small pets, and farm animals who prefer the comfort of their own home or barn.

What’s Included:

• Feeding and fresh water

• Medication administration (pills, liquids, or injections) — backed by years of professional experience

• Gentle companionship — cuddles and affection if your pet wants it, space and patience if they don’t

• Litter box cleaning or spot cleanup of any accidents

• Basic home care (mail collection, plant watering, light tidying in pet areas)

• Comfort and security check of your home and property

• Visit updates: You’ll receive a text message after each visit with pictures (and sometimes videos) plus a written summary of how the visit went and any updates or concerns I may have

Farm Animal Care:

• Feeding and watering for barn animals

• Stall or pen cleaning if needed

• Visual health check of animals during the visit

For dogs who love the outdoors and need more than a neighborhood stroll. Adventure Walks are extended outings on local trails, parks, or other scenic spots. Your dog will enjoy physical exercise, mental stimulation, and a change of scenery — plus a free bath at the end to make sure they come home clean.

• Extended hike or trail walk

• Plenty of water breaks and rest stops

• Mental enrichment through varied sights, smells, and activities

• Photos and videos of the adventure

• Free bath at the end of the outing
