To provide automated vehicle management and AI assistant features, the app may collect the following types of information:
Google Sign-In Information: Your name, email address, and Google profile picture when you log in via Google Sign-In. This information is managed through Firebase Authentication.
Details about your vehicle (vehicle type, brand, model, license plate, current odometer mileage).
Service history, repair records, replaced parts, and related expenses.
Camera & Photos Access: Used exclusively when you explicitly take or select a photo of a maintenance receipt for automatic AI parsing. We do not collect or scan any photos other than the receipt images you upload.
Device information (device model, Android OS version).
Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) and app interaction statistics (Firebase Analytics) to help us diagnose issues and optimize app performance.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To authenticate users and securely synchronize vehicle maintenance records across multiple devices.
To utilize Artificial Intelligence and OCR (Google ML Kit / Gemini AI) to automatically extract data from receipt images and recommend upcoming maintenance schedules.
To send timely notifications and reminders for vehicle maintenance (oil changes, part replacements, routine inspections).
To analyze vehicle operating costs, helping users manage their personal finances effectively.
To resolve technical errors and improve app user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We only partner with reputable service providers that adhere to strict data security standards:
Google Cloud & Firebase: Provides user authentication, Firestore database storage, Cloud Storage for files, Analytics, and Crashlytics error reporting.
Google ML Kit & Gemini AI API: Processes optical character recognition (OCR) on receipt images and generates intelligent maintenance recommendations.
Cloudinary: Stores and optimizes maintenance receipt images uploaded by users.
RevenueCat & Google Play In-App Billing: Manages premium subscription plans (PRO tier). We do not store or handle your credit card or bank account details.
Offline-First Privacy: Your data is stored securely on your local device and synchronized with Firebase Cloud using encrypted HTTPS/SSL protocols.
We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data.
You have full control over your personal data:
View & Edit: You can edit or delete vehicle information and maintenance records directly inside the app at any time.
Account & Data Deletion Request: If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you can send a request to our support email below or use the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings. Your data will be permanently purged within 30 days of receiving your request.
