Payment Policy

Payment is due within 48 hours of the completion of services, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Clients are responsible for submitting payment within this timeframe for all pet sitting, dog walking, drop in visits and other services provided by Happy Paws Pet Care. Payments not received within 48 hours will be considered past due, and future services may be paused or declined until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Repeated late or missed payments may result in the inability to book future services. By booking services with Happy-Paws Pet Care, clients acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.
