Team members will enjoy uplifting moments spent with colleagues building stronger connections. Whether virtually, during a team lunch or even for a few minutes at the beginning of the day, our concept is totally flexible!

Understanding what makes people happy is essential to augment positive experiences. We built HappyDB, a crowd-sourced collection of 100,000 happy moments that we make publicly available. Our goal is to build NLP technology that understands how people express their happiness in text while achieving insights into happiness-leading events and scenarios on a scale. Moreover, we are interested in developing systems that suggest sustainable actions for individuals that lead to an overall improvement in their well-being within these actual moments. HappyDB is an exciting resource for the emerging research field regarding the intersection between NLP and positive psychology.

I did my Pics of Happiness photo gallery partly for you. To inspire you to think about your own moments of happiness and things that make you feel good. Partly I did that photo gallery for myself . So that I could go and browse those photos every once in while. They are very dear to me. There are a lot of memories, thoughts, feelings and dreams behind each one of them.

This day I browsed my Pics of Happiness gallery again. Just for a while when I was having my breakfast. For a brief moment it was nice to look back the happy moments in my life. It was a good start for this day!

I thought about it some more and here are my tips on what YOU could do to create your happy moments (and I promise, there is no need to go to the other end of the world for that, you can as easily re-create the same experience at home).

That is very interesting article ,I loved it so much and to you my moments

I usually go to work by bus about one hour at the morning and another one during return Back to home with bad traffic and intolerance political discussion ,at these moment usually I was in another place with a novel , I used to finish a novel with about 350 pages in three to four days in the work bus

For our families love, patience, guidance and endless support! Those are always happy moments-Jen

When I had a look back at the list a lot of moments happened as a result of travel experiences. 6 of my top 10 moments happened in Switzerland (twice), Bali, Singapore, Melbourne & Sydney, with the remaining 4 happening in Perth. All the Perth moments related to experiences of volunteering in the community, so they weren't paid for. For the other moments it wasn't the mere act of travelling and being at these experiences that made them memorable, but the way that they naturally unravelled as a result of being there.

Meik Wiking is a firm believer that having an arsenal of happy memories can help you navigate the inevitable ups and downs of life. The good news is, with a few simple techniques, you can actively build your store of happy memories.

MW: "I recommend curating 'The Happy Hundred'. That's something you can do as a family because you have a lot of photos on your phone. A lot of us feel overburdened by the number of photos we have on our phone. So my suggestion is, once a year, as a family or by yourself, you get your phone out and then you go through those pictures and curate 'The Happy Hundred' or 'Happy Ten' or 'Happy Twenty' - you decide - and talk about which were actually our happiest moments in the past year. Get the 100 happiest moments and you get those photos printed out and put them in an old-school photo album. I think especially if you have kids it's a fun exercise because then you get their perspective on what your kids thought were the happiest moments.

Every year we go to an island in the Baltic Sea and we have a lot of happy memories from that island. And of course those places have official names but I renamed them to fit the happy memories I have from those places. So we have the Wild Cherry Forest. We have the Roxbury Fortress. We have Spearfishing Bay, which is great if you want to catch flounders. We also have Skinny Dip Cove, which was a lovely afternoon. Now calling those places those names just helps me remind myself of the fun happy activities that took place."

MW: "We often remember stuff by association. So you see this tea kettle and then you're reminded of your trip to Japan. So we need to plan things that will trigger happy memories. What I've done is I've tried to install personal memories, anecdotes and meaningful moments in the stuff I surround myself with.

One example is when I published my first book a few years ago. I had saved money to buy a chair I really wanted but waited until I had published the book to buy the chair. And now that chair is a manifestation of that sense of accomplishment it was to publish that book. I think finding ways we can install meaningful moments in the stuff we surround ourselves with is a good way to make sure that we are reminded of the happy moments we have.

We are often annoyed by our intrusive thoughts interfering with the happy moments of our life. We want nothing to ruin the moments we cherish the most. Even the slightest discomfort, disturbance or inconvenience puts us in a really bad mood. We want to settle for nothing less than pure perfection.

Secondly, what we resist persists. Our attempts at pushing the thoughts away is what makes them hit you harder. If we allow our thoughts to be present and coexist during very important moments, we can begin to change our relationship with them.

This study reports experiments with the newly-released CL-Aff HappyDB dataset, which looks beyond positive emotion in modeling descriptions of happy moments collected through writing prompts. The widespread adoption of social media has improved researchers' access to unsolicited expressions and behaviors. However, most of the approaches to analyzing these expressions involve a keyword search and focuses on predicting sentiment or emotional content rather than understanding a deeper psychological state, such as happiness. The CL-Aff HappyDB dataset is the first effort to distinguish the personal agency and social interaction in writings about happiness, which do not yet have an exact equivalent concept in existing text-based approaches. We report that state of the art approaches for emotion detection have different topical characteristics, and do not generalize well to detect happiness in the CL-Aff HappyDB dataset. Language models trained on the dataset, on the other hand, generalize to social media writing and are a valid approach for downstream tasks, such as predicting life satisfaction from social media posts.

Starting from the moment Tom snuck in to bed, pushed away the Big Man and curled around me, reminding me it was Exeat morning. To the intense moments of togetherness, openness, honesty and true closeness on multiple levels as I shared my pain with the Big Man.

Success and happiness aren't easy to achieve. It takes a lot of time, hard work, and luck to get there. That's why, along the way, you've got to take advantage of moments -- those brief periods of time when all can be right in your world. Paul H. Dunn said:

There's reflection and then there's true stillness - the ability to shut off everything, including your mind, and get into a meditative state. The busier your life is, the more valuable it is to practice moments of stillness. Yoga and meditation are the most popular ways to get into a state of stillness, if only for a moment.

Pride in your accomplishments is great, but so is a moment of humility, in which you appreciate your tiny role in the profoundly large universe around you. When we take a moment to appreciate the amazing world around us, it's hard not to be happy for all that we have.

Finally, take a moment each day to express gratitude you have, for the people in your life, the experiences you've had and will have, and the world around you. You can't physically feel angry or upset and grateful at the same time, so just taking a moment of gratitude will make you happier. I write three handwritten thank you cards every day to create moments of gratitude.

Dear Serg!

Wow. Just wow! These were the only words we could think of as you left us speechless with the stunning pictures. Thank you Serg for capturing a special day we would never forget. We booked Serg for a 12-hour package. He accommodated us by splitting this package into two days and we did a pre-wedding shoot on another beach in Seychelles. Serg was very professional and so at ease doing his job. He was always on time and even stayed longer to capture fun pictures at the after-party. He is going the extra mile to ensure his clients are happy and get what was expected. We received the edited pictures within six weeks and did not fail to disappoint. Compliments to you Serg and thank you for the hard work you put into our wedding.

With Lots of Love Ali and Mika

Serg did an amazing job, capturing all the most wonderful moments of our special day. We had a very smooth communication from the beginning, and the shooting of the day was seamless; Serg was taking pictures restlessly all day. I liked the fact I could focus on things around me and Serg was capturing it all. The images we have received are exactly what I wanted: the colors, the ambiance, and mood, how naturally our emotions were captured - it is what I was looking for in a photographer and was happy to have found it in the work of Serg. I would definitely recommend Serg for his professionalism and amazing quality of work. Thank you so much! e24fc04721
