Ha'Penny Farms offers limited training and consignment spots. Current spots available: 2

FULL TRAINING BOARD

$975/month

• 6 days a week

• Stall with daily turnout (private or group)

• Hay+grain (alfalfa mix+triple crown)

• Owner provided supplements fed at no additional cost

• Blankets and/or fly sheets fly mask fly spray services provided at no additional cost

• Weekly farrier

• Monthly vet

• Magnawave, red light, theraplate services available upon request (owner pays cost)

• Weekly lesson

• Staff on site

EXTRAS

• Want to jump into our show schedule and head up to a show? If there’s an extra spot in the trailer I will haul your horse up for FREE!

• 10% off all coaching fees

• 1 free schooling ride at the show

LEASE HORSES

$975/month

• Full board lease

• Horse is stalled

• Access to facility owned horse 5 days a week

• 1 training ride put on horse weekly

• 1 weekly lesson included in price (if desired, and part of the 5 day access)

• Ability to show horse (MUST be taking lesson to show horse)

• Lessee assumes all routine cost of horse (routine farrier, vet, etc) annual maintenance still paid by facility, sudden incidents discussed upon situation

EXTRAS

• If spot in the trailer I will haul horse to show for FREE!

• 10% off all coaching fees

• 1 free schooling ride at show

ROUGH LEASE

$500/month

• NO stall, group turnout provided

• Full access to facility

• Access to facility owned lease horse 4 days a week

• Routine cost of horse spilt between facility and lessee

• Bi weekly lesson included in price

• Training rides available for additional fee

• Ability to show horse (MUST be taking lessons)
