About Me

I was born and raised in a southern city in China which is famous for its food culture, so I want to try all different cuisines from all over the world! Besides, I appreciate beer and liquor. Here is my account on Untapped (never adjust the grades and miss some beers), or you can check my beer list for the more reviews (adjust the grades). I enjoy stouts, especially barrel-aged ones, and hazy IPAs, particularly those with tropical flavors. As for other alcoholic drinks, I like brandy, Chinese liquor (baijiu), Chinese rice wine, sake, shochu, and I'm exploring whiskey and umeshu now. You can also check my liquor list here.
