We use your information only to book, confirm, remind you about, reschedule, or cancel your appointment, and to pass your message or question to the business you called. If you agree during the call to receive text messages, we use your phone number to send appointment confirmation and reminder texts.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the service (for example, our phone and text message carriers and scheduling software), and only as needed to provide it.
Opting out

Data retention
Call recordings, transcripts, and appointment records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and to keep proof of consent, then deleted.
